B2B accounting software usually has all the visual thrill of an unformatted spreadsheet with 800 left-aligned unformatted Arial columns. Liveflow needed to show off their agentic accounting platform, starting with a full brand refresh.

As sole web and brand designer, I rebuilt their systems from scratch. I handled everything from web redesigns, modular design systems, templates, marketing concepts, and brand guidelines.

To keep the brand cohesive without becoming a full-time design bottleneck, I built internal AI tools powered by Claude and that same modular design system. Now, the team creates perfectly on-brand assets in seconds, and I don't wake up in a cold sweat worrying about rogue hex codes.
